New website PUK code issue

Hi, I need to get my PUK code as I've blocked my SIM but every single answer refers to the old ee website - there appears to be no up to date info on where to get your PUK code.

I have tried these answers  "Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM."

and

"Go to Menu >Manage device, scroll down to Unblock SIM (PUK code) select Show PUK code"

Neither of these are options in the new website layout, please help as I'm out of hours with the chat and don't have another phone I can use to call EE, cheers

@Solomon4217- : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.

I had the same problem. Here is steps how I found it. On your PC web browser log in to your EE account. At home page click plans and subsriptions. Shown at this screenshot.

Then it will show all the plans and subscriptions you have with EE. In my case I only have mobile plan. So click the Manage Plan button shown in the red.

Here you will see all of your mobile settings. If you scroll down a bit, the PUK number will be under the Phones and Devices section.  See the screenshot below.

The PUK code is unique to each number on your account. Were you viewing the correct PUK code?

You put the last 8 digits of your unlock code in then press enter on the next screen put you first 8 digits of the unlock code. What a massive joke ee is to not tell people this sounds like they dont know them selves.  They give you a 16 didgit number that needs spliting and putting in phone in the wrong order.  Usless network
