@auntyhelen04 : Report spam texts to your network provider by forwarding the text to 7726 (S.P.A.M. on your keypad).

@Michael1022 : Then you better get on to your bank to freeze your a/c & issue you with a new 1.

If you have entered details then definitely get onto your bank and explain the situation and they will work with you to resolve the issue. Then I would report the text by forwarding it onto 7726.

Yes I received the same message, then realised the phone they messaged on is no longer with EE so it's got to be scam.

Yes and they got access through the my ee app. I've heard from a few people now that they have gained access to their ee accounts l believe the fraud department is looming into it.

This is the Web page so do not click on it. And share this with everyone on ee.

Totally agreed l was looking at an upgrade on the my ee app when the text came through. That's a massive security breach and ee should be dealing with this accordingly and contact alm customers to be alert. As l also gave my details as believing it was legitimate and now I'm in panic mode. Thing is l got mine yesterday and this is dated as happening the beginning of the month so why as a valued customer have we not been informed of possible scam. Seems to be an error on their part.
