Hi @Sarahcholerton.
If you have opened the link but provided no personal information you should be fine.
I'd recommend forwarding this message to 7726.

No it asked me to put my ee phone number in and I thought that's a bit weird. So I closed the browser without putting any information on it

I have also just received this text, just minutes after receiving a legitimate text from ee offering an upgrade.

I received this text today:
As I've been with EE for some years and have never received a text such as this before I was instantly suspicious I don't click links I'm unsure of or don't know I've now reported the text to 7726 and blocked the number. I've read other posts on this subject before receiving this text I did get a genuine text from EE about 15 minutes before the suspect text arrived so I'm unsure what to think. All I can say is never click a link unless you are certain it's genuine and even then it doesn't hurt to do your homework and check if any such scams are going around or contact the company that the supposed text is from.
Is there any update from EE about this text it would be nice to know.
