They're a waste of time. Had something similar and lost control of my emails because of it too and they said we'll contact you? I said how, they said your phone number, told them they'd allowed someone to steal that, oh yeah, your email then, I've told about 50 employees of EE the fraudsters took control of that too, also dont have access to any funds becaue I had to change all my financial bits too. Then I got told oh Fraud aren't a customer facing team so they won't call anyway! I've also been with them for over 20yrs. I've been researching and there seems to be a huge issue with EE and security breaches at the moment. So I'll be leaving and I'd suggest anybody else with them does too.
