Dark Web Monitoring down?

Dark Web Monitoring has been unavailable on the EE Cyber Security app on my phone for a couple of weeks now. Does anyone know what’s going on?

This is the first report I've heard around this - could you please let us know a bit more about what's happening when you try to use this?

Hi,  my Dark Web Monitoring down for a few days now .   

it listed my email was on darkweb after Cargurus being hacked.    

then the dark web function was unavailable.

What do you see when you are trying to look at the dark web function?

 hi Blackweb monitoring was working, informed me that one of my emails was compromised by Shiny Hackers via Cargurus. 

I did not click links on email from cargurus , I’ve screen dumped part of email and deleted. 
since this my dark web not available?

bit concerned my phone is compromised ? 
uve changed my email password too. 

any help appreciated

Have you been able to try uninstall and reinstalling the app to see if that shows the Dark Web Monitoring again?

Hi , I managed to uninstall and re-install cyber security and Dark Web is active.
