Still waiting for a SIM I ordered in June

I ordered a SIM on the 12th of June then I received an an email the following day to tell me it is on it's way. Yet to date no SIM has arrived. I understand there are delays due to the current COVID situation but it's been almost 3 weeks. Any update would be helpful.

Is that pay as you go sim? And did you purchase any top-up with it?

 

If it's just a sim order it again.

It is a pay monthly SIM. 

Hi @JohnLetch  you need to call mobile care team or sale team they can look into it.

And they will be able to send a new SiM card.
