I went through Quidco for cashback on an Ee sim only deal, it successfully recorded the transaction but I still haven't received the money three months later, they are blaming EE for the delay, has anyone else had the same problem? Do EE staff look at these posts as I don't want to ring with the Tel lines being so busy but could do with the cash.

@PS12 The cash back will be from the seller of the sim and is it a auto cash back or do you have to claim it ? EE doesn’t sell via cash back sellers so it will be a 3rd party seller

Thanks for replying. I go through the cashback site, they transfer you to EE and the visit is recorded, then there is a set period of time before the transfer is confirmed and then the money is released. Quidco are saying they are waiting on EE to confirm and they can't give me the funds until they receive them, that's the bit I don't understand? If EE and others don't pay them how do they make their money, until now I have received money back without a problem but I am definitely getting the run around now.

Quidco will have their own channels to contact EE on your behalf.

I've often found cashback takes many months with some places.
As long as it has tracked then I tend to just forget about it. Quidco say on average they pay out in under 4 months, Some will be longer, some not.

Thanks, I am normally a patient person but have noticed recently a lot of negative comments re Quidco not paying out and then blocking people's accounts, so I'm trying to find out if others have found a solution without having to chase quidco

@PS12 A few of the cash back offers are paid back on a quarterly cycle so it’s not paid back until month 4 as you have to complete the 3 month cycle first.
