port EE prepay number to a new EE monthly account

Right, here goes, after eventually recieving a new pixel 8 on account with EE, the phone has a new sim and number. I had asked for my old EE prepay number to be ported, this hasnt happened and i now have two EE accounts. How do I get my Prepay number ported to the new monthly account?

How'd did you ask for it to be ported? It's not porting when you move a no. within the same network. You needed to ask CS to move your PAYG no. to your new contract.
