I submitted an order for a new sim card online, im changing from sky to ee so i entered a pac code to keep my current number.
i received my sim card today but it does not have my current number on it?
how do i fix this, what do i do, i need my number!

Your no. should port within 1 working day of you activating your EE SIM on the EE network.

Welcome to our community.
It is normal for the SIM to come with a temporary number for your number to transfer over to replace. Have you made a call or sent a text from the new SIM yet?
