Just signed up and no where to select an eSIM currently waiting on sim delivery is this correct?

Hello @Robti1873 ,

You will have to wait until you receive your physical SIM card in order to change it to an ESIM, but only if you are on contract. Pay as you go do not have the possibility of having an ESIM.

You can do that via settings on the EE App and go down to replacement SIM card and click on change to ESim.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
