Can anyone help with ESIM issues, scanned we code but it hasn’t worked?

Welcome to the community,
I take it you are on a monthly contract, as pay as you go there is no ESim, only physical sim card?
I would suggest ringing customer service, to see if they can enable it, otherwise. I take it you put the right code in, have you tried manually activating it, not sure whether you can.
