Was contract applied and nothing happened no eSIM as says on email download and no one answer I would like to cancel all because EE is to silent help for me thx

Welcome to the EE Community 

You can download and activate an eSIM via your EE online account, go to Profile > Settings and permissions > Device and SIM > Replace my SIM/eSIM.

@Yuv_Raj01  for what device?  And you need to be a contract customer to make use of the eSIM isn’t not available to PAYG customers.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
