Did you mean:

Transfer my number from O2 to EE

Hi,

I get new phone with contract last Friday in EE shop. As I want to keep my old number the lady did everything for me with PUk number etc.

It has been one week and my network has not been transferred yet.

I contacted ee customer service and over the message it was confirmed that the number will be transferred on 11.11.24 which is one month. That means I am paying for two networks for one month.

It should take one working day and I do not need to pay 2 contracts for one month.

Can you please deal with it or what shall I do?

Thanks!

Kat

@katjah : Your no. should ported within 1 working day of you activating your EE SIM.

When you give your PAC to EE with your order EE will estimate the latest date of porting cuz they don't know then when you will receive your SIM & connect it to their network. It all kicks off from then.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hi @katjah,

Welcome to the EE Community

As @XRaySpeX mentioned when you first give your PAC code it will setup for the latest date which is why currently it will be showing 11/11/24. If you have not already pop the EE SIM in your phone to make a call and that should bring the number transfer forward to the next available working day.
