Anyone know why my PAC code is working. I contacted O2 and received a Pac code 5 days ago so it is still valid however doesn't work

Not received my SIM card

I've still not received my SIM card. I received my broadband unit which is being installed tomorrow. I'm trying to inform EE but can't find email details.
