How long does a new sim take to activate please? I received new phone and sim yesterday, sim installed last night around 7pm, but 11.45 am and still showing “No service “

Hi @Ianpearson.

If you've activated your SIM successfully, it can take up to 24 hours to activate.

I have got a new phone and sim through insurance I can’t activate my sim because I can’t receive text messages etc please help

I got my new iPhone last night 1700 hours and I out my old sim into my new phone and still have no service
