I have recently ported new number in my esim but not able to get whatsapp verification message.  But whereas phone call or message are working but not able to register on whatsapp

Welcome to the EE Community. 

Have you managed to get your WhatsApp verified to your phone now? 

They usually give an option to receive a phone call to verify if the SMS verification message doesn't arrive.
