Hi this is mark i would like to request a new sim because I lost my Sim. 

my number is ********** I want to use the same number.

Hi This is Mark  one of your current EE user. Unfortunately I would like to replace my sim because I lost when I was in Holiday my eE number is 07xxxxxxxxx i would like to keep the same number.

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. to your UK addy.
