Hi all,
I'm a PAYG customer and need a replacement SIM. It looks like EE usually sends replacement SIMs by mail, but I’d prefer to collect one in-store. Is there any way to do this?
Thanks in advance.

You would need to go to the EE store with a Valid UK Driving Licence or any Full (Book) Passport in order to get a replacement SIM.
They will get you to take a scan of your Photographic ID and a selfie to confirm these match and are genuine as part of the security process.
