Went instore to get a replacement SIM as yet another had stopped working and getting one from online is a joke - I had 5 non-working ones sent to me the 1st time it stopped working about 2 months ago. Anyway, got my bill this month and see a £1.50 equipment charge. I thought SIM replacements instore were free? And why are we paying for their faulty goods anyway? | called up and they've taken it off next months bill with no argument but still it took 10 minutes and you feel like a right **bleep** asking for £1.50 back!
