Replacement SIM Card not arrived

I ordered a replacement SIM card well over a week ago and it still hasn't arrived! There was no message or email to say that I had done this on my account, even though I went through a check with the phone operator and they have charged me for postage!

We are very rural so there is no EE store close to us, in fact its over an hours drive from me.

I have a job that involves lots of driving and the phone is a vital part of my working role. I can't get anywhere with the helpline and I have no mobile to call the 150 number.

Customer service is shocking, might just have to move my business elsewhere - anyone else had terrible customer service from this company?

Bet I get some stupid robot reply that asks me to call 150 or the other very unhelpful number that always seems to have a 20 minute wait. Or worst, I'll get a reply to say I can pick up one in store - err, no, I've told you how far away it is?

Anyone human got any helpful advice - really struggling to work like this 😞

What was the date of your order? SIM cards are usually delivered within 2-5 working days.
