I’ve got my new sim but don’t have the old sim or handset what should I do?

Thanks for coming to the community.
Your new SIM should have arrived working if it was a replacement for a lost SIM. Our customer care team will be able to look into this, they are open 8am to 9pm weekdays and 8am to 8pm on weekends.

What was the reason for getting a new SIM? Was this a lost/stolen replacement? Or something else?
If you have a SIM replaced, then that replaces any old SIM as a matter of course - you can only have one SIM active on any number at a given time.

The phone was lost, so I thought the new one would arrive already activated but it’s not. Tried ringing but was on hold for 30mins then they closed. Bit frustrating!
