Hi there,i’ve just put my new eeSIM card and text port to 150 from my new Sim however I didn’t get response from it. I also visited the ee.co.uk/porting website to fill out the form but apparently there’s technical issues. what do I do?

Resolved! e Sim in iPhone 16pro max

I have a new phone and used an e sim in my old one which didn't work in the new one. CS advised to order a physical SIM which has arrived but it doesn't show me how to change it to an e sim. Anyone know how to do this please?
