Number not transfered

I have bough and paid for the 20£ ee pay aa you go monthly sim. When the sim arrived I put it in my phone and went through the set up. Two things haven’t happened.

1. My number has not transfered actoss from o2 even after sending my pac off 3 days ago.

2.I paid 20£ for the sim to be topped up for my first month which on my app its showing I have no daya when I should be getting 150gb a month.

A number should be ported-into EE the working day after the PAC is first submitted, or (if your PAC was supplied as part of an online order) the working day after you first activate your new SIM.
