Hi, I ordered a replacement SIM on the 14th September, it still hasn’t arrived. Can you sort this out for me please.

Afterwords all, just received a new sim for wife’s phone. All ok, but won’t let me save her old number in settings even tho we had a PAC code. Wots very strange tho, is if I wots app her, it goes to number we are trying to keep, but if I phone on old...

I ordered a sim on 25th any idea when will i receive the sim, the tracking thing doesn't work 

New sim card with same number

I travelled outside the UK and my sim card got broken. I cannot make calls. How do I get a new sim card without being disconnected? I am currently on Pay-As-You-Go deal.Thank you.
