New phone - number hasn't changed - HELP

I did the PAC thingy and was told it would change over within 48hours - now on third day and still not changed. Currently waiting for my hospital to ring with my induction date so carrying 2 phones around is not ideal.

The number usually ports across the next working day. It may be worth calling our Mobile Care team to check everything went through OK.

You're better off contacting customer services. 

If this was submitted after 5.30pm on a working day, it'll take 2 working days. 

If done on a Friday however, you will be waiting until Monday. 

If you hear nothing back by Tuesday, contact 150.

A PAC is usually actioned the following working day after you submit it, so if you submitted it by 5pm on Thursday 2nd, it should have been completed by now and your next call should be to CS on 150.

If it was submitted after 5pm on Thursday 2nd, then it's treated as submitted on Friday 3rd, and will be actioned on Monday 6th.

This is the solution.

OP will have to wait until Monday and may lose service temporarily which is normal, this is part of the swap.
