Change and can’t receive calls

I changed from Vodaphone to ee on Wednesday and got a txt on Friday from ee to say it’s all be transferred as kept my number. But I cannot receive calls from Vodaphone numbers for example I can ring my partner (who is Vodaphone) but when he rings me it says call failed or call not recognised.
I can receive calls from any other network and make calls to everyone but cannot receive anything from others on Vodaphone.

i have been told the tech team will ring me but heard literally nothinf and everyone I get through to anyone they just say someone will call you.

im beginning to wish I never bothered changing to ee

Was it Vodafone you've definitely moved from? Or was it Vodaphone?

I think it was VF, but you've repeatedly referenced VPh instead?

With a Vodafone > EE port-in, there's 2 main aspects to the routing data.

Your number prefix (first-5-digits) are Vodafone-issued, thus VF need to create a "forward to EE" flag for all incoming calls from networks other than your new one.

EE create routing data to prevent (what should be) on-net calls from routing to VF in the first place. Thus I would expect calls from O2 & 3UK users to also be affected.

You've done absolutely the right thing in reporting your issue to EE-CS, there is a process in-place for this situation but it does rely on VF doing their piece, or at the very least checking their data. I would recommend following up with them, as account access is needed to advise further.
