Not able to call out in spain

I am not able to make phone calls in Spain, I was when I first arrived. I am able to receive calls but not make any or use 4 or 5G

Are you on pay as you go or contract?

You should have received the welcome message, which lets you know whether you need to buy data and how much it will cost, receiving calls are free..
