Roaming in croatia

I’m currently on holiday in Croatia,but keep getting messages regarding Bosnia,which I will not be visiting,the messages keep asking me to set up a roaming pass to use in Bosnia .I already have  a pass and am using in Croatia,any thoughts on what to do?

Croatia is in EE's EU Zone, while Bosnia is in the ROW Zone 1.

You must be wandering near the Bosnia border to get that ROW Zone 1 pass offered. Don't buy it; you have no need for it. Make sure your phone is connected to a Croatian network at all times.
