Old number not ported to EE

I had requested to port my number to EE. Yesterday my existing number stopped working from my previous mobile service provider. My EE temp number also stopped working. This mean I can't make calls anyone including 150.  I reached out to EE customer service last night through chat and they advised it will work from this morning. Today I have tried restarting my phone twice, but no luck. Texting to from temp EE number still working and when I text to 150 by typing Number, I get EE temp number. Not sure how long I have stay without having my number.  Any suggestions or help

When I dial any number including 150, I hear a message that I have dialled an incorrect number. When I dial my old number from someone phone it just hangs. When I dialed my EE temp number it says I have dialled an incorrect number.

I got Oppo Find X5 phone.
