Received my new phone yesterday and started setting it up and cloned from the old one. I then inserted the new 5g SIM and followed the instructions on myeesim. Long story short is my old SIM has deactivated but the new one has yet to activate? I know...

Getting PAC code from virtual mobile app

Usually a PAC code can be obtained by sending a text message "PAC"  to the phone number 56075. However, my UK phone number was linked with a virtual phone service provider "Textme Up", how can I obtain my PAC code?

Hi. I have just ordered a replacement sim card as mine is damaged. I ordered online and the confirmation showed a different phone number. Is this normal?
