I’m a new EE customer and placed an order on the 20th for a pay monthly SIM card, I’ve had no order updates and tracking isn’t showing anything, it’s been 5 days and I’ve not hear anything can anyone help

What day did you order your SIM? They're sent standard post and can take 2-5 working days.
