I’m moving 4 accounts from GiffGaff to EE, have completed the transfer form 4 times https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/getting-started/keep-my-number/transfer-my-number-to-ee and have now received 4 texts prompting me to view my plan but when I follow the link and am asked for my mobile number, neither the number on the EE sim or my original Giff Gaff number are accepted
Can anyone help ?

When did you first do the number transfers?
Are you trying to view your plans within your My EE account?
Does your GiffGaff SIMs still work?
