Trying to unblock phone

So I go on the website and press on unblock my phone which then takes me to the page where I type in my imei number, I type it all in successfully then press unlock my phone only for it to redirect me to the first page I started. What am I doing wrong ?

Do you want to:

  • Unlock your phone & use it on other networks (PAC)? OR
  • Unblock your SIM after trying too many incorrect PINs (PUK)?
