Problem activating eSim on new line.

i recently opened an additional line and contact for a family member but the phone didn't come with any sort of SIM or eSIM nor was I emailed or swish why instructions. The new phone had nothing preloaded either so in the end, I requested a replacement eSim from the account page for the new line. The iPhone accepted the QR code but the eSim won't activate.  

Tried activating through instructions on the website but the activation assumes you still have the number active on another card? So I can't actually recurve the activation code? I'm so confused by all this, why on earth was the SIM not provided to me in the first place?!

On top of that, the new line was supposed to have an old phone number ported to it but I don't know if this whole krrfuffke has confused that proves now.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your eSIM activation. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check everything from our side.
