Help needed to activate a new SIM for my upgraded phone

Hello.  I have just received a new phone (upgrade).  I want to activate the SIM but when I click on the "activate your new SIM" link I get a message saying "Sorry! We couldn't find that page". Any idea what the problem is?

Can't you use your old SIM?
