Download esim my ee not working

Been trying to download a replacement esim through my EE for my pixel 7 Pro however the app keep sending me to the browser and then is telling me to download the app even though i have it already.  Could someone help with this please?

Hi I've just changed my son's number and received his new SIM card it's showing SIM card not provisioned, I've rung EE and they said they have activated it and will take 24 hours until he can use it but still saying not provisioned we've had so many ...

Hi my sim isn’t working anymore I can’t make calls or use my data it used to work now it doesn’t and every so often it’ll say no sim and I have a new sim but that doesn’t work either and my bill is paid as well  

why are EE such a **bleep**

you never get a signal wherever you are it dosent matter because your not getting one. and you can't even order a replacement sim from the website because its broken. such a joke
