Transfer of number from BT

I was persuaded to leave BT after many years and move to EE. I was assured that my old phone number would be transferred automatically since the transfer was "in house", but I am still waiting.I thought BT were bad, but have I made a big mistake?

Hi,Just received my phone upgrade (moving from an IPhone 6s to a Google Pixel 4a) but there was no sim card included. Can I use the old sim card or is the new sim card shipped separately?Ralph

Resolved! Keep same SIM for SIM upgrade

If I upgrade my SIM for another 24 months with same phone and same number, do I need to change to a new SIM ?  When I do an upgrade by online, there is a delivery for SIM card.  Currently I have no contract for almost 1 year and have got a message ab...

Resolved! Changing EE sim over and ordering new one

I can’t see anywhere on my EE to order a new electronic sim - I have a new iPhone and it won’t transfer over. I also live in Dubai which is maybe why it’s not working however I always keep my UK number as my WhatsApp. plesse can someone help
