Phone says no sim

Thanks for coming here. 

Can you try removing and reinserting the SIM, does this work for you? 

If not, can you try the SIM card in another phone to see if the same message shows?

What happens when you put the SIM in a different phone, or a different SIM in your phone, @Verity2015?

Hi Mark,

It says the same thing in my phone, so would it suggest that the sim needs
replacing. I can't seem to get through to EE.

Since your post have you been able to order a replacement SIM?

You can also get a replacement SIM by visiting your local EE Store with photo ID.
