I purchased a plan from EE a few months back and have been unable to use it.
I opted for an eSim as my iPhone only has a single sim slot and I intended to use EE for mobile data alongside my primary sim.
I've downloaded the eSim from the app multiple times but every time it's trying to activate, it shows 'no service' and cannot connect to the network, so I then can't even activate the sim as it needs to receive texts via the EE number.
Tried to get through to EE by calling but apparently my EE number doesn't exist. Tried 3 times
Please resolve as I've paid for this for around 3 months now and still can't even use it

@kieranmacdonald when you do this is your EE Sim in the device as it has to transfer the number from that sim to the eSIM and you also receive a text to confirm that transfer. You’re probably going to need to request a replacement Sim card as your original EE Sim will probably not work now.
