Anyone know what happens when you get a sim only deal with an exclusive extra and you chose Apple Music but already have an Apple Music direct debit? Do I cancel it or do EE sort it out?

Hello! Just received a new Samsung A53 as upgrade to old A3, along with a new SIM. Problem is when EE send the SIM unlock code to the old phone I cant get it as the old phone screen is illegible. How else can I get the code?Thanks!
