Porting issues from vodaphone

Hi, I got my new contract  from EE and it was supposed to be ported with my vodaphone number 3 days ago, incoming outgoing and data are still not working and I am in an emergency in hospital and struggling to make it receive calls 

pls need help urgently

Was your EE SIM working with your temporary number before your number port started?

Is your Vodafone SIM still active?

Now I cannot receive any calls or text neither data working

Did it just stop working when you went into hospital?

I wonder if it could be a lack of indoor coverage at your current location.

It stopped when I deleted vodaphone sim
, seems as vodaphone was working and ee was not

Have you received a text to say your number transfer has completed @Alihaiderx?

Have you restarted your phone?

Hi it doesn’t specially say , “welcome on board switch the phone offf and you are good to go”

Please can you try turning your phone off then back on and let me know if it connects to the network?
