At the weekend I switched to O2 to avoid roaming charges. My existing number was ported to O2 yesterday, but it looks like EE haven't disconnected me from their service as I now can't receive phone calls and my EE account appears to still be active. So can someone disconnect my service please. TIA. John

We cannot do anything here as it is just the community forum. I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 07953 966 150 from any phone.
