It could take 24 - 48 hours for service to be reinstated after a late bill is paid.

My bill was paid at least a week early not due till the 12th june so very annoyed. I am disabled & vulnerable too. Im using ee wifi but this is not always available. I have conplained

@Wobbly14 , have you tried rebooting your device to see if it is working now? Or is it now working again?
Have you tried a network reset in settings, just to make sure that is not the problem?
I would otherwise speak to customer service and they can take a look for you.
