Unable to call out

I can txt on normal ee  , call on WhatsApp but can’t call on normal EE even though I have full signal anyone calling me says unable to connect or phone is off spend cap is fine can’t get hold of anyone at EE

Phone calls to and from home

For some reason, recently, I have been unable to make or receive phone calls when I am at home, although the network coverage for my area is ok. All other functions seem to be working ok. My phone is a Motorola.Any help would be appreciated.
