No Service After Trying Everything Possible!

Hello,

I have recently paid a bill i was overdue on. It's been 4 days now and i still haven't had my service reconnected? I have tried the following:

- Force Restart -Airplane Mode Toggle - Readjusting SIM -Wiping SIM -Standard Restart -Replacement SIM

I've had no luck. I cannot contact via phone call or text either as my services are still disconnected. Please can someone help me?

Thanks for coming to the community.

When you say that your service has not been reconnected, is your phone showing signal but you cannot use services, or is there no service at all?

Normally if it is related to an outstanding bill, the account would just be suspended, so signal would still show.
