Unable to add PAC to transfer my number

I’ve just had my sim and when going on the app to enter my PAC code and old phone number from BT Mobile it’s saying my PAC code is incorrect format. I’m using the code given to me my BT mobile.

New sim not calling out

Hi, ive just taken out a contract with EE and i have used a PAC code from my last provider to keep my number from my past contract. how long does it take for my PAC to be put into fluition and i am able to ring out from my phone or is there something...

Number porting

Hi I ported my number from 02 to ee yesterday at 5pm it's now 10:40pm and my old phone is still active and my new ee phone has a different number still

I have a contact with EE and sim with number that I I don’t use but wanna give to my dad but is possible to use the sim and he can keep his original number

My sim card isn’t registering in my phone i have tried to take it out clean the port but nothing works what can i do?do i need a new sim?
