hi ! I bought I uk sim , I tried to activated in Italy (where I m now ) I bought I subriscion packet .. but is still not working . I can’t call or send text … but I received text . Please can you help me ?

Number port

Transferred to EE on Monday,  number has ported over (received text to say its complete), however when I text someone it's the ee sim number and not my own but it is Transferred on phonecalls. Any ideas , thanks .

Plusnet transfer

I transferred from Plusnet yesterday but Ee doesn’t recognise my Plusnet number and also states I’m not the account holder. How long does transfer actually take?
