I had my phone stolen on the 12/08/23 and consequently blacklisted it on the 13/08/23. As I then realised I was due and upgrade, I went into the store on the 14/08/23 and the unblocked the account and gave me a new phone. I’ve got home to set it up and it says no service? I rang the store they got me another sim sorted straight away and I’m still having the same problem. They then said it could take 24 hours to reactivate. It’s been close to that now with no joy and after reading other posts I don’t want to be going in circles getting sim after sim and waiting 24 hours at a time. Please could someone help?

Hi Katie,
Yes I believe they did, nothing was mentioned to me yesterday that I’d have to wait 24 hours though until I got another sim which makes me think something has been messed up. I’ve been without a phone since the 12/08/23 and I really need access to network
