My phone has been disabled. It is saying no SIM. I am on a contract. I have switched my phone off and on. I have checked my SIM but this has not rectified the problem. Please help

Every time I try to complete the form for porting my existing number to my new EE mobile, it says there’s an error…Can someone provide me with a link to complete the form or provide me with alternative options to get this completed ?
