Used my PAC code to transfer to EE last week, number still hasn't transferred

Used my PAC code on Thursday at 6AM. My new sim card arrived on Monday the following week. I immediately inserted my new sim card into my iPhone but it's now Wednesday and my number still has not transferred. Any ideas?

Welcome to the community.

The number should have transferred by midnight on Friday. Since this didn't happen, I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150 so they can find out what's happened.
