I have switched to an e sim and it’s not working. Help!

I have switched from a nano sim to an e sim. I received the text to change and on doing so it swapped straight away! However I can’t call out?

 

it says you’ve dialled an incorrect number. I can’t even ring 150 for support either as it says the same thing?

 

please help

It all seems to be working fine. There must have just been a transition period during the switchover. All caught up and working this morning. Thanks
